Automotive Accounting Clerk

Pepe Auto Group is seeking talented, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Accounting Clerk. We're looking for a well-organized team player with previous automotive bookkeeping experience who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records
• Receipt daily transactions and reconcile accounts
• Prepare and process bank deposits
• Scan and organize vehicle deal paperwork
• Maintain accounting schedules and supporting documentation
• Resolve account-related issues in a timely manner
• Assist with additional clerical and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous automotive accounting experience preferred
• CDK experience preferred
• Strong organizational and computer skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-motivated with the ability to work well in a team environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Pay: $52,000 - $75,000 per year
Job Type: Full-time
