Active Colorado Occupational Therapist (OT) license Minimum 2 years of Occupational Therapy experience Current BLS certification SNF or rehabilitation experience preferred Experience performing comprehensive OT evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans Strong knowledge of ADL training, therapeutic activities, therapeutic exercises, and functional rehabilitation Excellent documentation, communication, and time management skills Ability to work independently while managing a diverse patient caseload Strong collaboration skills with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams Client Details Address
