Product Development Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

Support technical and cross-functional project work for product design and development.
Apply engineering fundamentals, concepts, and practices in new product development activities.
Demonstrate a basic understanding of the design control process.
Develop raw material and in-process inspection test methods; validate test methods (e.g., MSA, Gage R&R).
Support the installation and qualification of R&D equipment.
Perform data analysis and write technical reports on product design activities.
Utilize statistical tools and computer analysis in engineering tasks.
Assist in purchasing materials, equipment, and testing consumables.
Ensure adherence to company and regulatory quality and safety policies and procedures.

Experience Required

1-2 years of engineering experience required, preferably in an FDA-regulated environment.

Skills & Certifications

Ability to use statistical tools and computer analysis.
Technical proficiency in developing test methods and performing data analysis.
Personal leadership and integrity.
Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
Innovative, results-oriented, and able to take calculated risks.
Adaptive to shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Comfortable operating with ambiguity and making progress when outcomes are uncertain.

Eligibilities & qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering (required).
