About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Litigation Counsel with a focus on labor and employment law to join its newly launched public interest legal group. The successful candidate will be dedicated to the mission of the organization, which is to develop and pursue innovative legal advocacy against various entities to combat the resurgence of anti-Semitism. This role is pivotal in advancing the civil and human rights of the Jewish people and promoting justice for all. Responsibilities include building and managing a diverse caseload, overseeing both internal and external legal teams, and representing the organization in court to address instances of anti-Semitism in the workplace and educational institutions. Applicants for the Senior Litigation Counsel position should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in labor and employment law and litigation, with a strong background in first-chair trial experience and leading complex federal cases. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record of academic achievement, strategic thinking, and the ability to execute litigation strategies effectively. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the legal issues surrounding anti-Semitism and be prepared to take a leading role in the organization's ambitious docket of lawsuits.
