Results-driven shop with a track record of meaningful outcomes (multiple 7-figure settlements/verdicts listed publicly). Trial-forward mindset: matters are staffed and prepared with the expectation they may go the distance (strong training ground vs being siloed). Small team = faster growth : close partner access, direct feedback loop, and earlier responsibility than most larger platforms. Growing boutique adding headcount (1–2 more hires planned over the next year) with a chance to join during a build phase The Role Employment Litigation Associate (Plaintiff-side) You’ll handle the full lifecycle of employment cases including: FEHA discrimination/harassment/retaliation; wrongful termination Taking/defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, discovery strategy Case ownership with strong partner guidance; opportunities to push toward trial Bonus point if you also bring business/commercial litigation exposure (useful crossover) Mid-level target: around $200k base (flexible based on level/fit) Alternative structure: lower base + percentage on matters worked Other points of interest Location: Beverly Hills Hybrid: up to 3 days remote (typically 9–5) Requirements 4+ years employment litigation experience (plaintiff or defense) Comfortable being hands-on (depos, hearings, motion work) Strong writing + judgment; polished, client-ready communicator #J-18808-Ljbffr We Are Legal Revolution
