Product Liability Litigation Attorney | Plaintiff-Side Litigation | Medical Device Matters | Southern California | Hybrid | $150,000 to $250,000 Base Salary A confidential California-based plaintiff-side litigation practice is seeking an experienced attorney to handle high-stakes product liability and medical device matters. This is a hands-on role for a litigator who enjoys owning strategy, driving motion practice, and preparing cases for trial, with meaningful responsibility and regular federal-court work. Why This Opportunity Stands Out: 100 percent plaintiff-side litigation focused on product liability and medical device matters Substantial responsibility across case strategy, motion practice, and trial preparation Opportunity to work in federal court and apply the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure in active litigation Hybrid schedule with in-office expectations that can be discussed based on fit and experience The Role: Manage a docket of plaintiff-side matters from early case assessment through resolution Develop and execute case strategy, including liability and damages themes Draft and argue motions, including dispositive and key pretrial motions Oversee written discovery, meet and confer practice, and deposition preparation Coordinate expert strategy and support trial preparation, including exhibits, witness outlines, and pretrial filings Participate in hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations Communicate directly with clients and provide clear, timely case updates Location, Schedule and Compensation: Location: Southern California, California Schedule: Hybrid, in office 3 days per week, with office days negotiable Compensation: Base salary range from $150,000 to $250,000 5+ years of plaintiff-side litigation experience Experience with motion practice, trial preparation, and overall case strategy Strong command of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure Experience handling product liability and/or medical device cases Ability to manage a caseload autonomously while maintaining strong client service Demonstrated stability and long-term commitment in prior roles Juris Doctor from an accredited law school Active California Bar admission in good standing Personal injury and/or medical malpractice experience Experience with federal court filings and proceedings Familiarity with hernia mesh litigation Compensation and Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, with further details to be shared during the interview process We’ll be happy to discuss this position in more detail. #J-18808-Ljbffr We Are Legal Revolution
