A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney for their General Liability and Product Liability practice group in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in handling defense cases in these areas. Duties Handle local and national accounts throughout California. Independently manage a litigation caseload. Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses for deposition and trial. Review and analyze discovery requests. Prepare and respond to discovery requests, pleadings, and motions. Provide trial preparation and support. Maintain accurate time records. Requirements Minimum of three years of experience in general liability and product liability. Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice in the state of California. Experience with motion practice and depositions. Experience taking lead in plaintiff and expert depositions. Capable of independent work. Organized and efficient work manner.Superior research and writing skills. Ability to multi-task and analyze complex matters. Education Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
