Ongoing expansion efforts, including significant facility growth, reflect its continued investment in advanced care delivery and innovation.Position SummaryThe facility is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Neurologist to join its growing outpatient neurology practice in Dothan, Alabama.This is a 100% outpatient opportunity offering a predictable Monday–Friday schedule with no inpatient responsibilities. The neurologist will focus on diagnosing and managing a broad range of neurological conditions in a well-supported clinic environment.Physicians benefit from strong referral networks, access to advanced diagnostics, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including stroke specialists and other subspecialties.The group is open to 2026 Neurology residents as well as experienced neurologists.Essential Position ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive outpatient neurological care to adult patientsDiagnose and manage conditions such as headaches, epilepsy, stroke follow-up, neuropathy, multiple sclerosis, and movement disordersConduct neurological examinations and develop individualized treatment plansOrder and interpret diagnostic studies including MRI, CT scans, EEG, and EMG (as applicable)Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists for coordinated patient careProvide patient education and long-term disease managementMaintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical best practicesQualificationsM.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical schoolCompletion of a Neurology residencyBoard Certified or Board Eligible in NeurologyEligible for or holding an active Alabama medical licenseCurrent BLS/ACLS preferredOpen to 2026 graduating residentsExperienced neurologists also encouraged to applyCompensation and EnvironmentCompetitive base salary + productivity incentivesComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plansMalpractice coverageCME allowance + paid CME timePaid time off and reimbursement for licenses and professional feesModern outpatient clinic with access to advanced diagnostic technologyThank you for your time, and I look forward to connecting soon!
