Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice - $70K-85K per year

Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospice Location: La Grange, Illinois (serving the Oak Brook area) Work hours: 40 hours per week, 8‑hour shifts, ongoing staff position. Responsibilities Deliver compassionate, patient-centered hospice care in patients’ homes. Perform comprehensive patient assessments and manage symptoms, pain, and end-of-life care planning. Educate and support patients and families throughout the end-of-life journey. Think critically, solve problems in real time, and maintain thorough, compliant EMR documentation. Work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Travel to patient homes within assigned territory. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where you work. Minimum of two years of RN experience, with hospice experience preferred. Current driver’s license and ability to spend approximately 20% of the day driving to patient locations. Successful completion of a drug screen and background check, including a medical and recreational marijuana screening.
