Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world.Raytheon Intelligence & Space, Vision Systems (RVS) Systems Integration and Test Department is seeking an experienced Senior Test & Integration System Engineer with expertise in airborne electro-optical and infrared (EO/IR) surveillance and targeting sensor systems.What You Will DoYou will support integration, verification and validation (IV&V), design verification testing (DVT), and production testing to support the delivery of EO/IR Focal Plane Array Sensor SystemsYou will develop test plans and execute product test activities in support of engineering and production buildsYou will support the Test Architect in the development and execution of the test architecture from bid through production, contribute to the test system design, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve these goalsYou will collaborate with operations and manufacturing teams to enable efficient product flow, provide actionable metrics, minimize cycle time, and maximize yieldQualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience with airborne and, or space EOIR system test, integration verification and validation testing, product transition to production or relatable experienceExperience in test methodology within sensors to include optical performance, analysis, and test verification for EO/IR Focal Plane Array sensor systems and/or relatable experience in development and/or production programQualifications We PreferAdvanced degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)Experience developing and, or executing factory test plans, procedures, and equipment to support an EO/IR Focal Plane Array sensor system and ROICsPrior experience with ROIC wafer probing, fabrication, integration, verification, and validation for a complex EO/IR system Ability to communicate with Test Management, IPT leaders, hardware and software development engineers, specialty engineers, program managers, and customersExperience with use of basic laboratory equipment; power supplies, oscilloscopes, digital voltmetersWhat We Offer:Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
