Adjunct Instructor

West Virginia University's Potomac State College campus in Keyser,West Virginia, is seeking to develop a pool of qualified adjunctinstructors to fill part-time teaching opportunities as they becomeavailable. The college invites applications for part-time adjunctpositions to teach Liberal Arts related courses in person and/oronline. Potential areas of need include art history, childdevelopment and family studies, communication studies, English,media studies, political science, psychology, social work, andsociology. Qualifications A minimum of a master's degree in the course content area from a regionally accredited college or university is required by timeof appointment OR a master's degree in a related field and 18credit hours in the course content area and/or work experience inthe field Previous college teaching experience is valued. APPQMR certification or equivalent is required for onlineteaching.
