• Part-time, approximately 18 hours per week
• Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
• Approximately 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Hours may vary based on business needs
• Opportunity for additional hours and growth as the business grows

• Follow up with prospective clients by email and phone
• Respond to client inquiries and assist with communication
• Send and manage follow-up emails
• Assist with marketing emails and other marketing activities
• Help maintain and organize client and office paperwork
• Enter and update information in computer systems
• Assist the owner with day-to-day sales and administrative tasks
• Make occasional follow-up phone calls
• Help track leads and follow-up activities
• Perform other general office duties as needed

• Excellent typing skills and strong attention to detail
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software and systems
• Excellent grammar, spelling, and written communication skills
• Phone-friendly and comfortable speaking with clients and prospective clients
• Professional, friendly, and personable
• Highly organized and able to follow through on tasks
• Able to handle a significant amount of paperwork and administrative details
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently
