**Experience and Skills:** - 2 years of ICU experience required, plus a minimum of 1 year CV ICU experience. - Past EPIC experience preferred. - Travel experience required. - PREFERRED Cardiac Skill Set: Swans-hemodynamic interpretation, IABP, Impella, ECMO, Vasoactive drips, CRRT. - Required Skills: Vents, IV start, Tele, Conscious Sedation. - Preferred Skills: Triage, ICP, PA lines, Level 1 Trauma Experience. - Administration of chemotherapy*, Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Care of Ventilated Patient, Central line care/management, CVVHD/CRRT*, ECMO*, ICP monitoring*, Impella*, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP)*, Management of dysrhythmias, Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring*, Titrate Cardiac drips, Titrate Vasoactive drips, etc. **Certifications Required:** - BCLS, ACLS and NIH. - Chemo, CCRN, ONS, TNCC, CPI preferred. **Licensure:** - MO: Submit without license OK; requires MO or compact. - IL: License in hand required at time of submittal. - Compact: Must match permanent residence otherwise submit for update + confirm ETA. **Other Requirements:** - Must float to multiple ICUs and inpatient floors as needed. - Must work every other weekend with a minimum of 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule, plus holiday rotation. - Fit testing requires proper facial hair for testing or will be expected to shave. **Preferred Experience:** - Previous charge experience preferred. - Trauma Level I and II Experience preferred. **Compliance:** - Compliance deadline is 3pm CST on the Monday of the week before initial start date. - Modules should be completed prior start, specific requirements apply.
