Freight Appointments

We're looking for a detail-oriented Customs Entry Writer to join a well established freight forwarder in Atlanta. Responsibilities: Prepare and submit accurate import customs entries. Review shipping documents for compliance with customs regulations. Coordinate with Customs, carriers, and customers to ensure timely shipment clearance. Classify goods and ensure correct duties and taxes are applied. Resolve customs and documentation issues while maintaining excellent customer service. Requirements: Previous experience in customs entry or freight forwarding. Strong knowledge of import customs procedures and documentation. Experience with customs entry systems (e.g., CargoWise). Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
