Programmatic Manager

Managing a hybrid portfolio of programmatic campaigns, the full-time Programmatic Manager will develop and execute connected commerce strategies primarily on Walmart Connect and Amazon DSP, while also supervising and training team members. Key responsibilities Develop and execute best-in-class connected commerce campaigns on Walmart Connect and Amazon DSP Manage campaign setup, optimization, and provide training to team members on platform usage Oversee budget management, reporting, and proactive communication with internal teams and vendors Required qualifications Proven experience with Walmart Connect and Amazon DSP is mandatory Experience with additional retail media networks such as Citrus Ad or Criteo is a plus Strong spreadsheet skills, including advanced formulas and data management Ability to manage and train team members effectively Proficient in proactive communication and organizational skills
