Your impact Serves as a strategic leader responsible for managing complex wastewater treatment planning, design, and construction projects while leading client relationships across Western New York and developing a high-performing team to support future growth. This role combines project delivery excellence, business development, client account management, and people leadership.Key Responsibilities:Project Management & DeliveryLead wastewater conveyance and treatment and water distribution and treatment planning,design, and construction projects.Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client expectations.Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams.Provide executive-level project reporting and risk management.Western New York Client Service LeadershipServe as Client Service Lead for key municipal clients.Build trusted relationships with utilities, municipalities, and regulators.Develop strategic account plans and identify future opportunities.Represent the firm at industry events and stakeholder meetings.Business Development & GrowthLead proposals, pursuits, and interviews.Develop market growth strategies and maintain project pipeline.Support annual sales, revenue, and profitability objectives.Group Leadership & Staff DevelopmentRecruit, mentor, and retain engineering professionals.Develop succession plans and future leaders.Conduct performance evaluations and career development planning.Promote a collaborative, high-performing culture.
