We're Hiring: Accounting Manager | Manufacturing | Santa Ana, CA A well-established manufacturing company in Santa Ana is looking for an Accounting Manager to lead their accounting function and help drive financial accuracy and process improvement during a period of growth. What You'll Do: Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Manage cost accounting functions including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation Supervise and mentor a small accounting team (AP, AR, GL) Prepare and review financial statements, account reconciliations, and journal entries Partner with Operations and FP&A to analyze production costs and margins Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls Support annual audits and assist with budgeting/forecasting What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA a plus, not required) 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong knowledge of cost accounting and inventory processes Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Epicor, or similar) Proven ability to lead and develop a team, Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Why Apply: Growing company with room for advancement Hands-on leadership role with real influence over process and reporting #J-18808-Ljbffr
