Job Details

• Supports KARM Stores in their effort to be safe and effective by maintaining, repairing and/or replacing fixtures such as light, plumbing, HVAC units, doors and other necessary elements. Uses and maintains maintenance tools, equipment and supplies.
• Maintains, repairs and/or replaces electrical outlets and switches as needed to ensure proper function and safety.
• Performs other general maintenance related issues that may occur.
• Driving between stores - as needed.
• KARM Store facilities - sales floor, offices, receiving & processing areas, bathrooms, warehouse areas, break rooms, storage pods and backrooms, some air conditioned, and some with only heat in winter or fan ventilation in summer (as needed)

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age, or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license with F endorsement
• Must have a good driving record.
• Must provide proof of personal vehicle insurance to verify insurability.
• Must comply with Hands Free Tennessee law.
• Ability to use a cell phone, tablet, and GPS.
• Ability driver manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred

Physical Demands

• Standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crawling while using hand tools 50% of the time
• Climbing Ladders 25% of the time
• Driving Safely 10% of the time
• Use hands to handle documents, keyboards, phones, etc. 5% of the time
• Lifting 100 lbs 10-20%, Lifting 50 lbs up to 40-50%
• Talk or hear

• Vision

Compensation details: 17-17 Hourly Wage
