Attorney Recruiting Coordinator

Position: Attorney Recruiting Coordinator Size: 1500 Employees Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 with OT and Bonus (DOE) Responsibilities Include: Work closely with the New York Attorney Recruiting Manager to plan, coordinate and lead summer program efforts, monitor the budget and plan and attend events. Coordinate and oversee administrative aspects involved in on-campus, entry level, and lateral recruiting, including registering for on-campus interview programs and job fairs, scheduling interviews, monitoring candidates throughout the process, preparing and sending offer letters, coordinating follow-up efforts and onboarding process for the New York office. Collaborate with administrative departments on onboarding and integrating new hires, including coordinating new associate integration activities for summer, fall and lateral hires. Maintain recruiting records, files, and spreadsheets in iManage. Generate LawCruit and FloRecruit reports for review by Attorney Recruiting Committee. Assist with social media and web content for events and information related to the New York office. Partner with the New York Attorney Recruiting Manager to update and develop marketing materials and content for the New York offices. #J-18808-Ljbffr Plona Partners
