The Role We're looking for a part-time AI Generalist to take ownership of our digital presence, customer communication, and lead generation efforts using the latest AI tools. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape how a well-established local business leverages AI — you'll have real ownership and real impact. What You'll Do Build and manage AI-assisted marketing content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business) Write and optimize SEO-driven blog posts, landing pages, and ad copy using AI writing tools Set up and manage AI-powered chatbots and automated follow-up sequences for inbound leads Create and refine automated estimate request workflows and customer communication flows Develop and execute AI-assisted lead generation strategies targeting commercial clients (property managers, contractors, facility managers) Track campaign performance and generate simple reports with actionable insights Identify and recommend new AI tools and automations to improve efficiency across the business What We're Looking For Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or similar platforms Familiarity with marketing automation tools (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or equivalent) Working knowledge of SEO best practices and social media marketing Experience building or managing chatbots or automated customer communication workflows Strong written communication skills — you can make cleaning services sound compelling Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision in a small business environment Bonus: Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or local SEO for service-based businesses Schedule & Compensation Part-time: approximately 15–25 hours per week (flexible) Competitive hourly rate or project-based compensation, commensurate with experience Hybrid-friendly with occasional check-ins at our Pinellas Park office Why Join Elite SVS?
