Travel Booking Consultant

We are searching for people with strong communication skills and customer service skills who are detail-oriented and enjoy helping clients organize and book vacations cruises hotels Airbnbs resorts theme park tickets and a variety of other travel experiences. No previous travel industry experience is required!
Responsibilities
- Help clients organize vacations cruises hotel stays resorts tours and other travel experiences
- Explore travel options that align with clients preferences needs and budgets
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the planning and booking process
- Retain knowledge and use of booking platforms
- Keep up with supplier promotions travel deals and special offers
- Keep client information and reservation records accurate and organized
- Develop long-term client relationships by providing personalized service and support
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Comfortable working with computers smartphones and online platforms
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule
- Professional attitude with a desire to learn and grow
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
