Agile Project Manager We are looking for an Agile Project Manager to empower Agile teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes, drive cross‑team collaboration, and leverage AI‑enabled practices to improve delivery performance. Responsibilities Lead and inspire Agile teams to deliver results, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Drive cross‑team initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring alignment, transparency, and coordination across stakeholders. Leverage AI‑powered tools to accelerate delivery, uncover insights, and elevate planning, reporting, and decision‑making. Remove roadblocks and champion team success, enabling high‑performing teams to thrive. Partner with Product Owners and leadership to prioritize work, manage dependencies, and optimize delivery outcomes. Turn data into action by using metrics and analytics to guide decisions and improve predictability. Qualifications Strong Agile leadership and facilitation capabilities; ability to coach teams, influence without authority, and manage risks and dependencies. Proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting software development teams and leading cross‑team initiatives. Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and SDLC tools (Azure DevOps, Jira). Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance delivery, reporting, and productivity. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Location: hybrid role requiring presence at the Boston office 25% of the time.
