The anticipated salary range is up to $85,000.00. Actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location. For internal teammates, a compensation percentage increase will be reviewed and determined in partnership with HR, taking into consideration internal equity and relevant experience.

The Process Engineer analyzes, designs, and improves operational processes to increase efficiency, quality, and throughput. Uses data and process mapping to identify bottlenecks and root causes, then designs and implements solutions in partnership with operations teams.

Core Responsibilities

• Map current-state processes and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and waste
• Analyze operational data to identify root causes of performance issues
• Design and document improved process workflows
• Develop and test process changes, including pilots before full rollout
• Build business cases for process improvements, including cost/benefit analysis
• Establish metrics and monitoring to track process performance post-implementation
• Support capacity planning and throughput modeling
• Collaborate with automation and IT teams when process changes involve system or equipment changes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, Industrial Engineering, or in a related field, required.
• 3-5+ years in process engineering, industrial engineering, or continuous improvement, required.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar improvement methodologies, required.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification, preferred.
• Experience in distribution, warehousing, or manufacturing operations, preferred.
• SQL strongly preferred

Knowledge,Skills & Abilities

• Strong analytical skills: data analysis, process mapping, root cause analysis- required.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations- required.
• Familiarity with time studies, line balancing, or capacity modeling - preferred.
