• Prepare accurate estimates for ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Work closely with operations, preconstruction, and leadership to help win and deliver successful projects.
• Influence decisions that impact project success-not just pricing.
• Help improve estimating processes and build systems that support future growth.
• Play a key role in shaping the direction of a company that's expanding rapidly.

• Commercial construction estimating experience with a general contractor.
• Experience estimating ground-up commercial projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
