Registered Dietitian (Hybrid) – Fort Worth / Weatherford, TX OdomRD Dietitian Consultants | Flexible Schedule + No Weekends OdomRD is growing—and we’re looking for a Registered Dietitian who values flexibility, autonomy, and being part of a supportive, dietitian-led team. This full-time hybrid role offers a blend of on-site clinical care in the Fort Worth/Weatherford area and remote documentation , making it an ideal fit for RDs seeking both independence and work-life balance. What You’ll Do Provide clinical nutrition care for residents in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities Complete comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans Monitor and document care for residents with: Wounds Renal conditions Weight changes Tube feeding Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing, therapy teams, and food service staff Perform nutrition-focused physical exams (NFPEs) Participate in and support Quality Assurance (QA) and regulatory compliance efforts Serve as an active contributor to the interdisciplinary team (IDT) What We’re Looking For Registered Dietitian (RD) credential (or RD-eligible, exam pending) Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Texas Strong foundation in clinical nutrition & medical nutrition therapy (MNT) Experience in long-term care or clinical settings preferred Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Why OdomRD?
