EHS Analyst Co-Op

Johnson & Johnson seeks an EHS Analyst Co-Op for a January-December 2027 placement in San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico. The role involves supporting environmental, health, and safety initiatives through data analysis, reporting, compliance monitoring, and continuous improvement projects within the manufacturing operations environment.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze EHS data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking safety metrics and incident investigations
- Review, update, and maintain Job Safety Analyses aligned with company standards
- Support risk assessments, incident prevention projects, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with EHS, Operations, and Management teams on data-driven safety recommendations
Requirements
- Completion of undergraduate freshman year at accredited university
- Pursuing bachelor's degree in engineering, natural sciences, physics, or related technical field
- Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher across all college coursework
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Permanently authorized to work in U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
