Haven Health is seeking a Physician Assistant for per-diem weekend and vacation coverage, primarily remote with occasional on-site presence in Los Angeles. You will deliver primary care via telehealth, support weekend coverage, and participate in launching Haven Health’s virtual care product. Requirements include CA PA-C license, NCCPA, 2+ years in primary care, and experience with telehealth.
