Mobile IV Nurse (RN), NP, PA, MD or DO - NY and NJ (New York City Metropolitan Area)

ZEN IV SPA is a mobile IV therapy company. We bring IV hydration, vitamin drips, NAD+, and recovery treatments to clients at home, at the office, and in hotels across New York City, Long Island, Westchester, the Hudson Valley, and all 21 counties of New Jersey. Every treatment is ordered and overseen by our medical director.

We are hiring for three kinds of roles. Full-time, part-time, or per diem, your choice.

1. Registered Nurses (RN), the heart of the team. You drive to the client, start the IV, stay for the drip, and chart it. Active RN license in NY or NJ (both is a plus), current BLS (ACLS preferred), at least 2 years of hands-on IV experience, a reliable car, and a calm, kind manner. Pay per completed treatment: minimum $125 or 50% of collected revenue, whichever is greater, plus tips.
2. Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Physician Assistants (PA), for good-faith exams, telehealth consults, and clinical oversight of our growing menu, including peptide, GLP-1, and hormone programs. Active NY or NJ license with prescriptive authority. Mostly remote with flexible hours.
3. Physicians (MD/DO), for medical director and collaborating physician roles in New York and New Jersey. Chart review, protocol approval, and collaboration with our NP and nursing team. Active NY or NJ license. Part-time and remote.
