Personal Assistant to the CEO (New York City Metropolitan Area)

Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, supporting the CEO as a Personal Assistant. The role includes managing the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and organizing internal and external appointments. Day-to-day responsibilities involve handling correspondence, preparing documents and presentations, maintaining records, and assisting with personal tasks and errands as needed. The Personal Assistant will act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-up. The role requires maintaining confidentiality, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment, and proactively anticipating the CEO’s needs.

Qualifications

• Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills to support high-level leadership and office operations.
• Proven Personal Assistance experience, including managing personal tasks and errands with discretion and reliability.
• Effective Diary Management capabilities, including scheduling, calendar organization, and meeting coordination.
• Solid Clerical Skills, such as document preparation, filing, data entry, and record keeping.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional interpersonal abilities.
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated discretion, integrity, and experience handling confidential information.
• Proficiency with office software (e.g., email, calendars, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools).
• Prior experience supporting a senior executive, ideally within real estate, finance, or a related industry.
• Relevant education or training in business administration, office management, or a comparable field is beneficial.
