About the Position
Job Title: RN Step Down Profession: RN Step Down Specialty: RN Step Down Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: RN License Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification Must-Have: Extensive experience with surgical patient population and telemetry. Prior VAD experience and certification. Description: Patient population includes post open heart, heart transplant, LVAD, leg bypass, rib resections, and pneumonectomy. Candidates must have a strong background in managing complex surgical patients. Telemetry skills are essential for monitoring patient conditions. Teamwork and effective communication skills are crucial in this role. Attention to detail and a commitment to patient care are required. Candidates should be prepared for a fast-paced environment.
