Job Summary: Are you passionate about health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals? Planet Fitness is looking for an enthusiastic, high-energy Part-Time Member Services Representative to join our Lansing team!

As the face of our club, you will create a positive, welcoming environment (our famous Judgement Free Zone®) for every member who walks through our doors. If you are a self-motivated team player who loves interacting with people and takes pride in keeping a facility clean and organized, we want to hear from you.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Member Experience: Enthusiastically greet members, check them in, answer phone inquiries, and provide tours to prospective members.

Membership Support: Assist members with their accounts on the computer, explain membership options, and process enrollments or upgrades.

Club Excellence: Maintain a clean, safe, and sparkling environment by regularly cleaning gym equipment from top to bottom and keeping the facility tidy.

Qualifications & Requirements
Personality: A friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude is a must!

Skills: Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency.

Work Ethic: Highly reliable, punctual, and self-motivated to complete tasks efficiently without constant supervision.

Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older

Physical Demands & Environment
Continual standing, walking, and engaging in conversation (in-person or over the phone) during your shift.
Regular cleaning of gym equipment and facilities. 
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. 
Comfortable working safely around standard club cleaning products.
