Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member Part Time in Buchanan - MI Compensation $12.00 - $30.00 per hour

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Joe Jilek State Farm is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long‑lasting customer relationships. As an Insurance Account Representative, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency. RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long‑lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening Self‑motivated Detail oriented Proactive in problem solving Ability to work in a team environment Ability to effectively relate to a customer Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain) Must be available to work the following schedule: No evenings, no weekends, 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday
