Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Real Estate Agent role. The Real Estate Agent will represent buyers and sellers in residential and, as applicable, commercial property transactions. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, conducting property showings, preparing and presenting listing agreements and purchase offers, and guiding clients through negotiations, inspections, and closing processes. The role requires staying current on local market conditions, pricing trends, and inventory, as well as maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with state and local real estate regulations. The Real Estate Agent will collaborate closely with the office team, leverage Weichert tools and marketing programs, and provide responsive, professional service to all clients. Qualifications Valid Real Estate License and strong knowledge of Real Estate practices and regulations Sales and Real Property skills, including prospecting, pricing, negotiating, and closing transactions Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and manage client expectations Familiarity with local area market, including surrounding neighborhoods Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in contracts and documentation Comfort with technology, including MLS systems, CRM tools, email, and online marketing platforms Ability to work on-site, collaborate with colleagues, and attend property showings and client meetings as needed High ethical standards, professionalism, and commitment to fair housing and non-discriminatory practices #J-18808-Ljbffr
