The ideal candidate should also possess self-marketing skills. This is a performance-based position with pay based on experience and performance. Job Responsibilities: Acquire new members for the gym Pitch and present products to potential clients through direct communication, in face-to-face meetings, telephone calls, emails, and follow-up with leads Meet and exceed sales targets and goals. Provide exceptional customer service to clients. Stay current with the latest industry trends and market conditions Requirements: 5 years of sales experience At least 1 year experience at a fitness center Using QuickBooks Ability to take initiative and work independently. Self-motivated and goal oriented. Strong management and organizational skills Hours: Open Availability Rate of Pay: $13 to $22 per hour plus commission and bonuses.
