Front Of House ManagerYaya's Euro Bistro is seeking a Front of House Manager to join our leadership team. As the FOH Manager, you are the "Conductor" of the guest experience, ensuring every detail from the initial greeting to the final farewell is seamless and exceptional. You will act as the face of the brand, bridging the gap between our guests, the service team, and the kitchen. This role requires a blend of sharp business acumen and deep emotional intelligence to maintain the refined atmosphere and high service standards our clientele expects.Responsibilities:Service Leadership & Guest RelationsConductor of Service: Lead the team during peak hours, acting as a calm, visible anchor to ensure the floor plan is optimized and service flow is impeccable.VIP & Guest Engagement: Proactively "touch tables" to build relationships with regulars and oversee the needs of VIP guests with discretion and professionalism.Conflict Resolution: Address guest concerns or service lapses immediately with empathy and authority, turning potential issues into positive experiences.Tech Mastery: Expertly utilize POS and reservation systems to manage guest flow, track preferences, and analyze sales trends.Standards Enforcement: Ensure 100% compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as local liquor laws.Qualifications:Minimum of 6 months of management experience in a full-service, high-volume, full service dining restaurant environmentStrong front-of-house expertise and a clear understanding of refined service standardsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skillsProfessional presence, sound judgment, and a strong sense of accountabilityBenefits:Health, Dental and Vision insurance is available for all full time employees.Low cost, 24-hour Tele-health plan available to all employees.This is your opportunity to grow in an upscale environment where service standards matter, guest experience comes first, and your leadership can make a meaningful impact every day.
