Job Title: Production Associate - Start Date 6/3/2026 Day Shift Openings!

Job Description

Join our dynamic team in the manufacturing plant, where you will play an essential role in the glass manufacturing process. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for visually inspecting parts, conducting quality checks, loading and unloading glass on various conveyor systems, moving racks or products for shipment, banding racks of products per customer specifications, and packing products for clients. You will also make minor adjustments to machinery as needed and collaborate with the maintenance team to address any breakdowns or issues.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect parts and perform quality checks.
• Load and unload glass on various conveyor systems.
• Move racks or products to prepare for shipment.
• Band racks of products according to customer specifications.
• Pack product
• Make minor adjustments to machinery as needed.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to explain issues for repairs.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vonore, TN.

The pay range for this position is $17.98 - $19.48/hr.
