As a Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member with B.J. Opportunities for licensing and advancement to full-time. Candidates for this part time role can choose from a 9:00am - 1:00pm or 1:00pm - 5:00pm shift. Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
