Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active South Carolina Special Education License required
• Valid teaching credentials/certifications as mandated for Special Education
• Experience working with students across various age groups and grade levels
• Strong communication skills and collaborative spirit for effective teamwork
• Preferred: Background in managing and supporting students with behavioral needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Create and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Deliver engaging instruction in both group and one-on-one settings
• Collaborate with general education staff, support personnel, and parents to support student success
• Accurately maintain records, document progress, and track student outcomes
• Employ behavioral strategies to promote positive outcomes and growth
• Foster a nurturing, inclusive classroom community for learners of all abilities
