Customer Service And Inside Sales Representative

In this exciting role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, supporting both customer service and inside sales activities. You will play an essential role in ensuring a smooth order-to-delivery process by providing timely information, accurate documentation, and exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and email, providing accurate and timely information regarding products, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
• Input, process, and maintain customer order information including purchase orders, sales orders, quotes, invoices, service orders, and work orders within internal systems.
• Generate and download reports as needed to support sales, service, and operational activities.
• Perform system inquiries related to sales order status, shipping updates, and delivery timelines, ensuring customers and internal teams receive up-to-date information.
• Provide basic instruction and guidance to other client staff regarding the dissemination of order status and shipping information.
• Generate appropriate sales order documentation and shipping paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Identify and correct billing discrepancies, and work directly with customers to resolve incorrect terms and conditions in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and operations to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient order fulfillment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Austin, TX.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $29.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
