About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Executive Director to play a pivotal role in the daily operations of the community. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all aspects of the community, including operations, revenue generation, staff development, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and safety. This role requires a strong focus on creating a resident, family, and associate-centric culture, and the ideal candidate will have a college degree, CALA certification, and a background in leadership within the healthcare industry. Key responsibilities for the Associate Executive Director include developing and executing business strategies, managing regulatory compliance, ensuring quality standards, and leading the sales and marketing process to meet occupancy and revenue targets. Applicants for the Associate Executive Director position at the company should have a college degree and be CALA certified or willing to obtain CALA certification. A background in healthcare leadership, experience in managing operating expenses, and a proven track record in sales or business development are preferred. The role demands excellent communication skills, the ability to lead a team, and proficiency in computer skills. The Associate Executive Director will also be involved in human resources functions, such as recruitment, training, and disciplinary actions, and must be prepared for occasional weekend coverage as the Manager on Duty. The position is physically demanding, requiring the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in activities such as standing, walking, and supporting residents.
