Mechanical EngineerMechanical Engineer with 5+ years of experience in Should Costing, Value Engineering, Semiconductor/High-tech/Special purpose machine industry.Prior hands on experience in manufacturing (Machining, Sheet Metal experience)Good knowledge of Should Costing Techniques and understanding of fundamentals like Raw Material Costing, Machine and Tool Selection, Cycle Time calculation, Burden Rate Estimate and knowledge of Secondary ProcessesKnowledge of costing tools like aPriori is an added advantageMinimum relevant experience of atleast 8 years with strong capability to cost machining componentsKnowledge of cutting parameters and tools used as well good understanding of various sheet metal processesKnowledge on DFM is an added advantageManufacturing knowledge and co-ordination with the Shop floor and engineering teamExperience in SAP or similar PLM system.Knowledge of Engineering change notifications and implementing changes ECR/ECO/ECN.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
