Spanish Speaking Business Development Manager - Fuel Sales

Business Development ManagerRTS and Shamrock Trading Corporation are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our sales team. This role will focus on lead generation and heavy outbound prospecting to offer tailored solutions that best meet customer needs. An ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a personable, ambitious and adaptable personality.What You'll DoUnderstand and perform all processes from lead generation and prospecting to qualifying and closing new accountsConduct consultative sales discussions to assess client needs and present tailored RTS fuel card solutionsIdentify cross-selling opportunities with other RTS and Shamrock divisions to maximize account valueBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customersAssist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as neededUse all required processes to maximize yield according to strategies established by senior managementParticipate in strategic planning, including market analysis, customer segmentation and penetration strategiesMonitor industry trends, competitor activity and market potential to inform and develop documentation for new sales strategies and product positioningCollaborate with product marketing to support launches, create sales tools and deliver compelling presentationsTrack and analyze key metrics to measure performance and refine sales approachesOther duties as assignedWhat You'll BringBachelor's degree and 2+ years of business development experience requiredDemonstrated record of success providing professional, solutions-based sales over the phoneExperience with high volume (cold calling) and face-to-face salesExcellent customer service and project management skillsAbility to excel in a fast-paced, multi-product sales environmentAttention to detail with an interest in comparative and value analysisBilingual skills with fluency in Spanish and English are a must (must be able to speak, read and write both languages)What Will Put You Ahead5+ years of business development experiencePassion for success and contributing to the long-term growth of the organizationDesire to work in a competitive sales and team environmentAmbitious, self-motivated personality with strong communication skillsApply Today!We're so excited to connect with you!
