Director of Financial Planning & Analysis

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $160,000 to $180,000 per year. Job Responsibilities Lead financial planning activities by developing forecasts projections and models to support business decisions. Review financial statements reports and operational results to identify trends and performance drivers. Support budgeting and month end processes through analysis reporting and financial oversight. Conduct variance analysis and research findings to provide actionable recommendations to leadership. Partner with finance leadership on strategic initiatives system enhancements and special projects. Requirements Hold a bachelor degree in finance accounting or a related field. Bring six or more years of experience in financial planning analysis and financial modeling roles. Demonstrate strong knowledge of accounting principles general ledger activity and reconciliation processes. Use Excel at an advanced level and possess proficiency with business reporting applications. Communicate effectively through strong presentation interpersonal and written communication skills. Qualifications Apply strong analytical and problem solving skills to evaluate financial performance and support decision making. Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams to achieve financial and operational objectives. Maintain organization and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
