Our kitchen serves a fun, fast-paced menu designed for the nightlife crowd, and were looking for someone who can consistently prepare great food while keeping up with the energy of a busy nightclub environment.Youll work in our modern, well-equipped kitchen alongside our kitchen and management team to prepare menu items, maintain food quality and safety standards, and keep the kitchen clean and organized throughout the night.What Youll DoPrepare and cook menu items according to MILK+ recipes and standardsComplete food prep and maintain stocked stations before and during serviceMaintain consistent food quality, portions, and presentationHandle orders efficiently during busy late-night serviceFollow proper food safety, sanitation, and food handling proceduresKeep workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas clean and organizedProperly store, label, rotate, and handle food productsAssist with opening, closing, and kitchen cleaning responsibilitiesCommunicate with other kitchen staff, bartenders, and management as neededHelp minimize food waste and notify management when products or supplies are running lowWho You ArePrevious restaurant or kitchen experience preferredComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentDependable and able to consistently work scheduled evening and late-night shiftsAble to work efficiently both independently and as part of a teamDetail-oriented and committed to food quality and cleanlinessAble to remain organized and productive during high-volume periodsWilling to learn and follow established recipes, procedures, and standardsValid Utah Food Handler Permit or ability to obtain onePerks$20$24 per hour based on experienceConsistent evening and late-night scheduleModern, well-equipped kitchenInclusive and team-driven work environmentFree entry to "certain" MILK+ events when off the clock
