Strategic Partnerships Officer

We’re looking for a Strategic Partnerships Officer to lead our relationship-building efforts with financial institutions and women in finance with a focus on New York City (NYC). This is a remote position, but the candidate must be able to attend regular in‑person meetings and events in NYC. At its core, this is a fundraising role focused on building a strong community of mission‑aligned champions and partner organizations who can help fuel FinAbility’s next stage of growth. You’ll spend your time cultivating relationships, securing sponsorships, and hosting high‑impact events—like lunch & learns, domestic violence simulations, and intimate roundtables—to raise awareness and deepen engagement. We’re looking for someone who is entrepreneurial, self‑directed, and energized by building something from the ground up. This role is ideal for a strong communicator who can confidently navigate the financial sector and is passionate about advancing economic justice for survivors of domestic abuse.
