A-Team Dental Staffing has partnered with a well-established private dental practice in Hampton, VA, to identify an exceptional Treatment Coordinator.

For over 30 years, this thriving multi-provider practice has been committed to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered dentistry while building lasting relationships within the community. We’re looking for an energetic, relationship-driven professional who thrives on helping patients understand their treatment, move forward with confidence, and receive the care they deserve.

• Present comprehensive treatment plans with confidence and compassion

• Build trust with patients by educating them on recommended treatment and available financial options

• Coordinate treatment scheduling while maximizing provider productivity

• Verify insurance benefits and prepare accurate financial estimates

• Follow up on unscheduled treatment and outstanding treatment plans

• Maintain strong communication with doctors, hygienists, and the clinical team

• Help achieve daily and monthly production goals

• Deliver an outstanding patient experience from consultation through completion of treatment

• Minimum 2 years of Treatment Coordinator or Dental Front Office experience

• Proven success presenting treatment plans and increasing case acceptance

• Strong understanding of PPO insurance and financial arrangements

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Organized, detail-oriented, and highly motivated

• Comfortable working toward production and scheduling goals

• Experience with Eaglesoft preferred

• Experience working in an MGE (Management by Objectives) practice or familiarity with MGE systems is highly preferred
