Contract Recruiting Specialist

Beacon Hill's client in Plymouth, MN is seeking a Contract Recruiting Specialist to support high-volume hiring across a large, multi-state retail footprint. This is an immediate need due to increased recruiting demands and upcoming team coverage gaps. This individual will play a key role in supporting store-level hiring needs, partnering closely with Store Managers and the internal team to ensure timely and effective recruitment for leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for retail store leadership positions (e.g., Sales Leaders, Assistant Managers)
• Conduct initial candidate screens and assess qualifications
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with Store Managers
• Manage offer process and execution
• Partner with HR to transition candidates for onboarding (background checks, E-Verify, etc.)
• Provide recruiting support to locations experiencing hiring challenges
• Assist with training, operational support, and employee data entry as needed
• Maintain and track candidate activity within the ATS

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience (retail or high-volume preferred)
• Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting processes
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions (15-20/month)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Experience with ATS platforms (SmartRecruiters preferred)
• LinkedIn sourcing experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
