Management and Program Analyst

Position provides effective coaching, consulting and advising to management officials throughout the organization, upon request or as directed by management, in support of developing individual leaders and leadership teams, to ensure alignment with FAA/AVS/FS policy and guidance and organizational development strategies. Specialized Experience To qualify for this position, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level FV-I (or FG/GS-13). Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position and is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience is coaching, consulting, and advising to management in the organization and developing leadership teams.
