The Prepack Kitter is responsible for preparing and organizing painted products and playground components required for packaging. This role ensures that all necessary parts are packaged correctly and that orders have all required parts. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Hours: M-Th, 3:30 P.M. - 2:00 A.M.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and prepare materials, components, and parts required for shipment according to work orders and production schedules.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of materials and components, including tracking quantities, identifying shortages, and restocking as needed.
• Inspect materials and components for quality and compliance with specifications, reporting any issues or discrepancies.
• Create prepackaged kits by accurately counting and packaging materials and components.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of kit assembly, including documentation of quantities.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure that required kits are available when needed, minimizing production delays.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in kit assembly.

• Previous manufacturing/warehouse experience preferred
• Basic computer navigation skills

The target hourly range is $18.50 - $20.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. This position qualifies for a shift differential of $3.00 per hour. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs.

In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
