Chief Operating Officer

Responsibilities

• Strategic Operational Execution: Lead company-wide operational planning and execution, aligning systems, processes, and resources directly with long-term business goals.

• KPI Implementation & Tracking: Establish, roll out, and track comprehensive KPI and performance measurement frameworks across teams to enforce operational accountability and measurable outcomes.

• Executive Succession Planning: Develop organizational continuity strategies and succession pipelines to identify high-potential talent, mitigate key-person risk, and build leadership depth.

• Operating Rhythms & Structure: Establish and maintain structured operating rhythms, cross-departmental reporting, and accountability mechanisms to keep the organization moving forward.

• Infrastructure & Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate existing processes and infrastructure, implementing targeted operational improvements that support consistency, efficiency, and scale.

• Decision-Making & Risk Resolution: Identify operational risks, resolve cross-functional barriers quickly, and make confident decisions to maintain momentum across major business priorities.

• Cross-Functional Executive Alignment: Partner closely with executive leadership to refine coordination, improve organizational performance, and ensure strategic follow-through.
